Prasad Seva - Free Feast - For Every One Every Day All Day

Shri Radha Ras Mandir was not known as a Mandir earlier. It was a normal home of a family living in Chiksauli village in the suburb of Barsana village. When Shri Ramesh Baba Ji Maharaj started to live at Maan Mandir, Shri Jamuna Devi with her husband and 5 kids used to provide Bhiksha to the saathus and saints living in and around Gahvarvan.

Shri Jamuna Devi had great respect and reverence for Shri Baba Maharaj. Even though Shri Baba Maharaj does make disciples, but she accepted him as her Guru. Shri Baba Maharaj always teaches about the glories of Bhakta and Saadhu Seva and how quickly it can take a saadhak very close to Shri Krishna and Shri Radha Rani.

Accordingly, she vowed for doing Saadhu seva. She was so determined that her passion and dedication brought about change in the heart of rest of the family members. Everyone visiting their would be served with “Bhagwad Bhav” respecting him/her like Thakur Ji and Shriji. Earlier they were very poor and did not have enough even for family, even then they used to provide food for the visitors and Bhikshuks by borrowing from the market and taking loan from family and friends.

With the impact of Nishkaam service, Bhagwat Katha and Bhagwan Naam, this home filled with Bhagwad Ras. The fragrance of their Nishkaam (selfless) service spread across all of the places and ultimately reached the lotus feet of Shri Radha Rani. Out of their respect, people started calling this broken old home a Mandir, a Temple. It was formally named as Shri Radha Ras Mandir.

As Shri Baba Maharaj always says, service done for the sake of doing the service itself without expecting any rewards in return is powerful enough to take care of all that is needed for the service.  It is very important to note here that they don’t ask anybody for any kind of financial or other kind of material help. Whatever comes to them without asking is used for the service.

Today, over 1000 people eat food at Radha Ras Mandir twice a day. It is truly a miraculous place on the earth. Feeding that many people a single day WITHOUT asking for any kind of help from anybody demonstrates a proof of “Sharnagati” concept.
